Recipe:
Healthy Skin Steam Treatment
Ravensara essential oil: 20 drops
Cajeput essential oil: 10 drops
Oregano essential oil: 10 drops
Rosemary essential oil: 10 drops
Mix the above essential oils and add 20 to 40 drops to a glass or stainless steel bowl filled with boiling water. Place your head over the aromatic steam, covering your head with a towel, and allow your skin to absorb the aromatic steam for five minutes or longer, twice daily.
